Q1. Is this survey sponsored by a Federal, State, Local government agency?

Answer: No, the survey is completely independently funded by Claridigm Inc.

Q2. What does Claridigm do?

Answer: Claridigm Inc. is a professional services firm that focuses on management consulting, training, technical assistance, technology assessment, and change management enablement. If you want to learn more about us checkout our website or send us an email at fiscal.ta@claridigm.com

Q3.  Who will see my responses?

Answer: All responses given to Claridigm Inc. including any personal information you provide, will be kept strictly confidential.  Your input will only be used in combination with the responses of others participating in the survey.  Our research examines the opinions of groups of responses.  Your individual responses are not shown to anyone. 

Q4.   Will you be trying to sell us products or services in the future?

Answer: Information collected in this survey will not be will not be used for sales, solicitations. The survey is anonymous. We do have an optional section for you to provide your Organization Name is you so choose, but it is not a required response question in the survey. We really want your perspectives and basic demographic information. Anonymity is OK J.

Q5. I want to know the results of the survey. How can I find out?

Answer: Since this is an anonymous survey there are two ways for you get our Key Takeaways and Insights.  1.) Provide us your email at the end of the survey and check the “Please send me the Claridigm Annual Fiscal and Technical Assistance Survey Key Takeaways and Insights Report” Note: Providing your email address for survey will only trigger a one-time email from us that will include a link to the survey report.

2.) Or you can visit our website to view the 2018 Claridigm Annual Fiscal and Technical Assistance Survey Key Takeaways and Insights Report. Our target publish date in January 31, 2019.

Q6. Why do you need my email address for the gift card drawing?

Answer: We need to be able to contact you if you are one of our luck winners! We will delete all email addresses after winners are selected. Participating in the survey or the drawing does not get you on our mailing list.  The only way to get on our mailing list is for you to make a conscious decision to join it!!  There is a link to that can direct you to the mailing list if you’d like to get Claridigm information and updates.
