Budgets and Narratives due August 4, 2017

On the Budget Narrative, Column D Line 143 should only be picking up from line 39 of the referenced worksheet (Fringes and NonPersonnel). Instead it is picking up Line 38 AND Line 39 from the worksheet.
Instead of sending out revised Budget Workbooks to all of the delegates, the Claridigm review team will make the correction for the effected delegate budget as part of our review process.
