ECBD Cohort Pre- Assessmet

Note: The individual completing the assessment will be the Delegate Agency Cohort Participant.

*Please complete all pre-assessments.

Participants will receive an email with their cohort assignment and first meeting date for the following week. All of the cohorts will initially meet at Malcolm X College for their first and second ECBD sessions. Each participant will attend a 1/2 day session every month. 

Sessions will alternate between in-person sessions and virtual sessions after the February in-person meeting. 

The ECBD/ Change Management Program concludes in October 2020.
